Canadian Rockies

  "Canadian Rockies" is a range of mountains located between provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. 




  • Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks 
           - Consist of 4 national parks (Banff, Jasper, Kootenay, and Yoho)
              and province-established parks ( Mount Robson, Mount Assiniboine, and Hamber)

           - Assigned as an UNESCO world heritage. 
              1) "Classic illustrations of glacial geological processes including icefields, remnant valley glaciers,                         canyons and exceptional examples of erosion and deposition." 
              2) "The Burgess Shale fossil site, well known for its fossil remains of soft-bodied marine animals."

  • Banff Upper Hot Springs
- It is located in Alberta's Banff National park. It is the most famous attraction in Banff.  
          - It is recommended to relax in natural hot springs after activities such as skiing, snowboarding,
             hiking or sightseeing.
